Step 1: Complete the Contracting Request on SureLC

- Sign in or create your SureLC account
- Complete your contracting request:
- Select North American as the carrier
- Make sure all your information is up to date, including your E&O insurance, license(s), and signature
Step 2: Google Form is not required
Section titled “Step 2: Google Form is not required”No additional Google Form is needed for North American contracting.
Step 3: Carrier Processing
Section titled “Step 3: Carrier Processing”Once completed, your contracting request will be submitted to North American for processing.
Step 4: Carrier Notification
Section titled “Step 4: Carrier Notification”North American will review your request and notify you directly of their contracting decision via email.
