North American Platform

Submit a request ONLY if you have business to submit.

Step 1: Complete the Contracting Request on SureLC

  • Go to the SureLC Portal
  • Sign in or create your SureLC account
  • Complete your contracting request:
    • Select North American as the carrier
    • Make sure all your information is up to date, including your E&O insurance, license(s), and signature

No additional Google Form is needed for North American contracting.

Once completed, your contracting request will be submitted to North American for processing.

North American will review your request and notify you directly of their contracting decision via email.

  • Life Processing Time: Allow 24-48 hours for GFI processing and a full 7-10 business days for carrier to process Life appointment paperwork
  • Annuity Processing Time: Allow 24-48 hours for GFI processing and 5-10 business days for carrier to process Annuity appointment paperwork
  • Status Inquiries: Email appointmentstatus@mygficonnect.com for updates
  • Next Steps: Keep an eye on your email for next steps to finalize your carrier appointment

North American - Annuity Product Training are completed on the RegEd website. RegEd product code can be found here.

Monday - Thursday:

Friday:

  • 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. PT
