Section titled “Annuity Contracting Process”Submit a request ONLY if you have business to submit.
Step 1: Complete the Contracting Request on SureLC
Section titled “Step 1: Complete the Contracting Request on SureLC”- Go to the SureLC Portal
- Sign in or create your SureLC account
- Complete your contracting request:
- Select Global Atlantic as the carrier
- Make sure all your information is up to date, including your E&O insurance, license(s), and signature
Step 2: Complete Google Form
Section titled “Step 2: Complete Google Form”Complete Google Form only after submitting your SureLC request.
Required Information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Any additional business details as requested
Step 3: Carrier Processing
Section titled “Step 3: Carrier Processing”Once completed, your contracting request will be submitted to Global Atlantic for processing.
Step 4: Carrier Notification
Section titled “Step 4: Carrier Notification”Global Atlantic will review your request and notify you directly of their contracting decision via email.

Section titled “Important Processing Notes:”- Processing Time: Allow 24-48 hours for GFI processing and a full 7-10 business days for carrier to process appointment paperwork
