Fidelity & Guaranty (F&G) Platform

Submit a request ONLY if you have business to submit.

Step 1: Complete the Contracting Request on SureLC

  • Go to the SureLC Portal
  • Sign in or create your SureLC account
  • Complete your contracting request:
    • Select F&G as the carrier
    • Make sure all your information is up to date, including your E&O insurance, license(s), and signature

Complete Google Form only after submitting your SureLC request.

Required Information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Any additional business details as requested

Once completed, your contracting request will be submitted to F&G for processing.

F&G will review your request and notify you directly of their contracting decision via email.

  • Processing Time: Allow 24-48 hours for GFI processing and a full 7-10 business days for carrier to process appointment paperwork
  • Status Inquiries: Email appointmentstatus@mygficonnect.com for updates
  • Next Steps: Keep an eye on your email for next steps to finalize your carrier appointment
  • Writing Codes: 5-7 days after receiving the Life writing code, you will receive the annuity writing code

CRITICAL: Annuity CE Certificate Requirement

MUST Email Annuity Contracting CE Certificate

IMPORTANT: Annuity CE Certificate does NOT get sent to F&G automatically from SureLC.

  • Attach the initial 8 hours Annuity CE or 4 hours Annuity Best Interest CE to contracting.support@fglife.com
  • Agent must email CE directly - until they receive it, agent’s training will show as not in compliance
  • Send this as soon as possible to avoid delays

Important: CE Certificate must be emailed directly to F&G - it does not transfer automatically from SureLC. Failure to submit CE will show agent as non-compliant. Life writing code issued first, annuity writing code follows 5-7 days later. Complete both SureLC request and Google Form.
