EquiTrust Platform

Submit a request ONLY if you have business to submit.

Complete the Google Form.

  • Required only if the agent has new business to submit
  • Invitation will be sent to your email after the form is received
  • Complete the contracting application, review all questions, sign and complete

Once completed, your contracting request will be submitted to EquiTrust for processing.

EquiTrust will review your request and notify you directly of their contracting decision via email.

  • Processing Time: Allow 24-48 hours for GFI processing and a full 7-10 business days for carrier to process appointment paperwork

  • Next Steps: Keep an eye on your email for next steps to finalize your carrier appointment
