Submit a request ONLY if you have business to submit.

Step 1: Complete the Contracting Request on SureLC

  • Go to the SureLC Portal
  • Sign in or create your SureLC account
  • Complete your contracting request:
    • Select AuguStar as the carrier
    • Make sure all your information is up to date, including your E&O insurance, license(s), and signature

Complete the Life Google Form or Annuity Google Form after submitting your SureLC request.

Required Information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Any additional business details as requested

Once completed, your contracting request will be submitted to AuguStar for processing.

AuguStar will review your request and notify you directly of their contracting decision via email.

  • Processing Time: Allow 24-48 hours for GFI processing and a full 7-10 business days for carrier to process appointment paperwork

  • Next Steps: Keep an eye on your email for next steps to finalize your carrier appointment
