Annuity Contracting Process
Section titled “Annuity Contracting Process”Submit a request ONLY if you have business to submit.
Step 1: Complete Google Form
Section titled “Step 1: Complete Google Form”Complete Google Form.
- Required only if the agent has new business to submit
- Fill in all required information accurately:
- Full name
- Email address
- Any additional business details as requested
Step 2: Wait for the Contracting Invitation
Section titled “Step 2: Wait for the Contracting Invitation”- A Vertafore/Docusign invitation will be sent to your email after the form is received
- Complete the contracting application, review all questions, sign and complete
Step 3: Carrier Processing
Section titled “Step 3: Carrier Processing”Once completed, your contracting request will be submitted to ANICO for processing.
Step 4: Carrier Notification
Section titled “Step 4: Carrier Notification”ANICO will review your request and notify you directly of their contracting decision via email.
